Conflict is inevitable in negotiation. People will disagree on priorities, approaches, solutions, costs, timeframes, roles, responsibilities, services, etc. Professionals negotiate on a daily basis. This one day workshop focuses on collaborative conflict resolution and negotiation techniques through a combination of lecture and role play exercises.
