Manitoba Egg Farmer's 50th Birthday

Manitoba’s egg farmers invite you to join them for FREE coffee and delicious egg sandwiches from 7:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. on May 5 at Old Market Square (at the corner of King St. and Bannatyne Ave.) in Winnipeg.

Visitors will have the chance to meet local egg farmers and ask questions about eggs and egg farming. We’ll be giving away free egg swag, like MEF-branded spatulas, squishy eggs and cookbooks. And Radio station QX104 will be onsite, blasting music and joining in on the fun! A special thank you goes out to Red River College Polytechnic's short-order cooks and Chef Karl Oman for making the egg sandwiches.

We are thrilled to be celebrating our 50th anniversary, and what better way to do it by sharing local eggs. We hope to see you at Old Market Square on May 5th!
